We are involved in land development, custom homes and some multi family and mixed use construction.
What sets us apart from others in the land development space is that we allow the land owners to retain an interest in the land development project. We work with the land vs terraforming it. We leave as many mature trees in place as possible.
On the custom home from we involve the homeowner in each step of the process to deliver a true custom home. This is more than just picking colors and occasionally materials like so many others call a custom home. No two of our homes will be the same. We take into account the views from the property, the direction of the sun and so much more to deliver a truly one of a kind home.
We do some multi family / multi use structures for when that is the right fit for the land that we are working with.
